The Pathways Fellowship Program provides emerging young leaders and founders the opportunity to learn about the basics of developing their advocacies, the skills required to create sustainable impact models, and honing these skills to transform ideas into action.
Patterned after the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fellows undergo an intensive, 10-week program that exposes them to innovations and good practices by industry veterans from various sectors such as the startup, social innovation, government, business, and international development spaces, respectively.
The program also provides microskills courses to fit the shifting needs of the young workforce as we enter Industry 4.0, offering these programs to a wider demographic of individuals beyond the fellowship.
